VIMS (Video Integration Management System) Application

By accessing or using VIMS (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
VIMS provides tools to manage video and related content, including integrations with Google APIs such as Google Drive and YouTube API Services, and Slack API Services to upload, organize, and manage files, videos, and workspace communications with your explicit authorization via Google OAuth and Slack OAuth.
The Service requests only the minimum necessary permissions to provide requested features. Depending on scopes you grant (e.g., Google Drive: drive.file, drive.readonly; YouTube: youtube, youtube.upload; Slack: channels:read, users:read, chat:write), we may access metadata such as file or video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, sizes, MIME types, folder or playlist structures, channel information, user profiles, team details, and other information necessary to perform features you initiate (e.g., upload, organize, or manage content, send messages, access channels).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date” and will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
